This year we decided to have our Christmas dinner a bit earlier than usual.  A long story but let’s just say that it had to do with travel and visas and trips to Disneyland Florida.  Say no more.

We managed to suspend discontent long enough to enjoy a fantastic meal at Matt the Thresher in the heart of Georgian Dublin.  Matt the Thresher turned out to be one of our CEO’s favourite restaurants.  It also suited our eclectic palates catering for our seafood loving vegan perfectly.  Brilliant fish, faultless service and a fabulously bright room.  We even brought along super photographer, Karl Hussey, to record the event for posterity.
