Who Moved My Cheese? – Say Helllo to Rich Prinster

A while back, I found myself reading one of my favorite books called “Who Moved My Cheese?”. This simple story focuses on four characters and how they deal with navigating a maze of change. It got me thinking that I should make a change myself, and what that might look like. First, I would ski for the season!

After chasing the snow for a few months, I knew that I would want to continue supporting the people that keep our water safe. I would want to join a team with a vision for the future of regulatory compliance. A team that builds software using modern tools so data is secure and can be accessed and entered easily from anywhere. A team that values in-house industry experts who understand the challenges of regulators and sees a holistic approach to compliance.  It was obvious that there was only one company that fit the bill, and I’m excited to announce that I’ve joined the Customer Success team at SwiftComply!

I got to know Mick, SwiftComply’s CEO, pretty well while attending many of the same conferences and sharing a few beers together. As a competitor, he was as tough as they come but I always respected his methods and admired his forward thinking approach. I was therefore delighted when Mick invited me to join the SwiftComply team as Strategic Account Manager.

My role will be to coordinate the implementation process and ongoing partnership with folks that have trusted us to provide the right data management software for their Backflow, FOG, MS4 and Industrial Pretreatment regulatory programs.

After ten years of working with utilities to determine if software is the right fit for their programs, I’m now looking forward to using that experience to build ongoing partnerships with our customers that will ensure effective use of our tools and determine how we can best support their regulatory efforts in innovative ways. It’s great to be with a company that’s not only supporting the digital transformation of utilities with modern software, but also understands the importance of a personalized implementation process that builds confidence and trust in the solution. It’s maze time!
