Our customer success team provides industry-leading support which helps our customers get the most out of their investment and adapt to the changing utility requirements.
We work closely with every city partner to understand their unique goals and provide strategic insights that help optimize their FOG programs.
How it works
When you sign up to work with us, you will be assigned a dedicated customer success manager (CSM). They act as a mentor for your team, providing training, support, and insight to help you work through your challenges.
They will also be your advocate within SwiftComply. Working closely with product development, customer success managers share your feedback and experience using the platform.
We want to make it easy for our customers to drive product innovation, and the customer success team ensures that our platform roadmap aligns with your future needs and goals.
