Getting started

Here's what you need to do to get setup on SwiftComply

1. Create Your Account

Please Note: You should have received an email from your water purveyor with a link to begin your enrollment. If you have not received this link, please contact your water purveyor directly to request it.

Begin the enrollment process

Use the link provided by your water purveyor to access the registration page and start the enrollment process.

Choose your account type

Select either an Admin account or an individual Tester account, depending on your role. Please note that each submitter needs their own specific account.

Submit required documents

Upload your Testing Certification and Test Kit Information. Both are required to complete your signup.

2. Set Up Your Password

We will create your account

We will use the information you have provided on the registration form to get your account ready for you. Once it is ready we will send you a welcome email.

Check your email

Your welcome email will contain your initial login instructions. We recommend adding this address to your email provider’s address book to ensure you receive all future communications.

Set your password

Go to the app URL you were provided in the welcome email and click “Forgot your password?” Enter your email address and follow the link in the email to set or reset your password.

3. Start Using SwiftComply

Awaiting approval

After you register your account and submit your credentials, the city will receive a notification to review your request. Once you are approved, you will be notified directly that you can start submitting test reports.

You will be able to track the compliance status of your submitted tests in real-time and receive immediate notifications for any follow-up actions or issues that need your attention.

What is SwiftComply Backflow?

SwiftComply it is the software that your water purveyor has chosen to manage their CCC program. Our software includes an online portal to submit test reports.

Why do I need a SwiftComply account?

To have updated information with the city and it is necessary in order to submit a test through the new program.

* Please note that anyone who plans on submitting test reports needs to have their own individual account.

How do I set up my account?

To enroll, visit the registration link that was shared in the announcement email you received from your water authority.

I cannot edit my name and email address?

To update your name or email, please contact SwiftComply support and request assistance with the changes.

Do I have to pay to submit test reports?

Whether you need to pay to submit test reports depends on the water authority you are submitting to. If payment is required, the payment options will be available in the portal.

* Please note that you only have to pay for tests that pass. 

Can I view past test submissions?

Yes, you can view your history of test submissions in your portal. You can also download specific reports to PDF, or export multiple reports to a CSV file.

What documents are required for testing equipment?

You must provide current copies of test kit calibration certificates identifying that all calibration has been performed and the equipment is up to date for testing.

What do I need to do if my testing certifications or test kits change?

Update your SwiftComply account with any new certifications or test kit information. This ensures your eligibility to submit test reports remains uninterrupted.

If I am an admin at my tester company, can I update tester certs?

No testers have to update their own certifications.
