Customer Success Specialist - Stakeholder Outreach

SwiftComply is an award-winning early stage technology company with a mission to protect human health and the environment. We achieve this by improving water & wastewater compliance programs for 400+ cities (municipalities) worldwide.

The Customer Success Specialist – Stakeholder Outreach will work between multiple software products. Your top priority is to connect with our stakeholders to make sure regulated businesses and service providers know about, use, and find value in our products.

The candidate should be comfortable creating custom communication plans for municipalities serving diverse populations across the country, think strategically on how we can reach business through new channels, and drive adoption of our platforms. Be prepared to quickly master new software and have a patient, positive demeanor to train and create relationships with cities and their service providers. You’ll be expected to move quickly, work cross-functionally, and think with a growth marketing mindset. Get ready to pick up the phone, talk with our customers, and help grow business!

Day to Day Responsibilities

    • Create and execute stakeholder outreach campaigns
    • Provide friendly and prompt email, phone, and video support to users
    • Listen carefully and empathetically to customer feedback to drive product direction
    • Become an expert in our products and understand the industries we serve to quickly and creatively help customers
    • Perform administrative tasks related to growth and outreach
    • Think of ways to streamline administrative processes
    • Drive marketplace growth with a focus on leveraging the customer pipeline from our existing compliance products
    • Develop and execute growth initiatives
    • Embrace the start-up mentality of taking initiative & helping with tasks outside of defined job responsibilities

You Should Have

  • Bachelors’ Degree

  • Experience in customer facing, communication, or marketing roles

  • Ability to figure out how to get things done with objectives which shift as you learn

  • Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast paced environment (think 80/20)

  • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and communicate with product and marketing teams 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized

  • A drive for success, willingness to learn, and flexible nature. We want someone who wants to grow with SwiftComply!



Compensation & Benefits

$35,000 - $45,000 base salary

We also provide health insurance contributions, 401k match, paid time off, and a flexible working environment.

After spending the first part of her career working with satellites, rockets, and streaming video, Bobbi was looking to shake things up. Professionally, she enjoys bridging the chasm between technical and non-technical disciplines, while personally she appreciates spending time outdoors both in the Rocky Mountains and scuba diving in the Caribbean. Bobbi loves the idea of helping customers in the water and wastewater industry by using technology to build tools that allow for better ordinance compliance.

Lauren’s two loves are food and people so it’s no surprise her career began in restaurant management in Washington, D.C. After a decade, she swapped coasts to join UberEATS in Portland, Oregon where she assisted restaurants to incorporate new technology to grow their businesses. SwiftComply allows her to work with city governments, communicate with FSEs, and use technology to simplify environmental compliance.
