Implementation Manager

Overview

SwiftComply is an award-winning early stage technology company with a mission to protect human health and the environment. We achieve this by modernizing water & wastewater compliance programs for 400+ municipalities (cities) worldwide.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead customer migrations to our SaaS Backflow product solution. The Implementation Manager will oversee multiple project life cycles simultaneously, navigating customers through kick-off, data conversion, configuration and training. They must have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and passionate about helping our customers with their unique governing challenges.

You should also be an expert in backflow compliance programs. (Just kidding  - but you will be soon!)

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for implementation
  • Set priorities for internal stakeholders assisting in the process, such as technical implementation engineers
  • Be a product and industry expert to consult customer decisions throughout implementatio
  • Use and contribute to the maintenance of internal project documentation resources
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship and manage client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status, preparing reports, and facilitating regular meetings
  • Work effectively with internal customer success, product, sales, and engineering teams to deliver services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations
  • Contribute to overall company success and embrace the start-up mentality of taking initiative & helping with tasks outside of defined job responsibilities 
You should have
  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelors’ Degree
  • Experience with client support and/or technical account management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to develop cross-functional relationships
  • Strong verbal & written communication and customer service skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • A love of process - building, following, and maintaining process
  • A drive for success, willingness to learn, and flexible nature. We want someone who wants to grow with SwiftComply!

Bonus points for:

  • Experience leading implementations  for B2B or B2G SaaS products
  • Experience with water / wastewater industry

We are looking for an accomplished, quota-carrying Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team and help us drive the market. If you have a passion for SaaS sales and an interest in how it can impact local governments AND gain Commercial technology sales experience, we want to talk with you.

This opportunity provides unique opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

What you'll do
  • Easily communicate the business impact of extraordinary software and services to environmental compliance operations and management teams.
  • Develop sales plans to strategically grow and expand the accounts within an assigned account base.
  • Navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers.
  • Prospect and generate relationships with new customers.
  • Manage the success, adoption, and expansion of existing customers.
  • Have passion for driving customer adoption and satisfaction.
This role requires
  • 3+ years in SaaS or related direct application sales
  • Excel in both personal ambition AND collaborative teamwork
  • Have excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills, and have successfully applied these in sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Inside sales experience with limited travel requirements (~10%)
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales, communications and data
  • Bonus points if you have Sales experience with local governments.
