Open positions

Customer Success Specialist - Full Time

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a positive experience for our customers. The candidate should easily master new software and have a patient, positive demeanor to train and create relationships with 400+ government agencies and their compliance service providers.  

Day to day responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and prompt support via email and phone using Zendesk
  • Listen carefully and empathetically to customer feedback to drive product direction
  • Become an expert in our products and understand the industries we serve to quickly and creatively help customers
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Think of ways to streamline and digitize the administrative tasks noted above
  • Follow and improve processes to scale implementation and support
  • Update and create online training center documents and videos to limit support inquiries
  • Embrace the start-up mentality of taking initiative & helping with tasks outside of defined job responsibilities 
Location
Our offices are located in Petaluma, CA, and Portland, OR, but if you’re the perfect fit and don’t live nearby we’re open to remote working.

Experience
We welcome dynamic, passionate individuals who are not afraid to dive in and get their hands greasy (pun intended). Though not required, experience in the following would be helpful for the onboarding process:
  • Digital customer support
  • Account management
  • Competency with Zendesk tools
  • Wastewater/Water industry knowledge, especially with FOG and Backflow programs
  • Restaurant expertise

Michael was tasked with launching Europe’s first Fat, Oil and Grease management program in Dublin over a decade ago. Dissatisfied with existing management solutions, Michael developed an entirely new platform to eliminate fatbergs. Originally from Ireland, Michael now lives in Pleasanton, California with his wife Rosalie and their 8-year-old daughter Sophie-Rose.

Global citizen and seasoned business development executive Olivier loves spearheading growth initiatives with new technologies that improve people's lives. Having lived and worked in many countries to help government and private organizations Olivier is now settled in San Francisco Bay Area where he maximizes outdoor activities with friends and family

Bobbi Winterowd
Technical Product Manager

After spending the first part of her career working with satellites, rockets, and streaming video, Bobbi was looking to shake things up. Professionally, she enjoys bridging the chasm between technical and non-technical disciplines, while personally she appreciates spending time outdoors both in the Rocky Mountains and scuba diving in the Caribbean. Bobbi loves the idea of helping customers in the water and wastewater industry by using technology to build tools that allow for better ordinance compliance.

Lauren’s two loves are food and people so it’s no surprise her career began in restaurant management in Washington, D.C. After a decade, she swapped coasts to join UberEATS in Portland, Oregon where she assisted restaurants to incorporate new technology to grow their businesses. SwiftComply allows her to work with city governments, communicate with FSEs, and use technology to simplify environmental compliance.
